reFrame initiated the genDeralities Fellowship and the Arts Research programmes, in the course of which we mentored, supported and produced the works of 36 women, men, queer and trans*persons working across various media: from writing and painting to films, performances, podcasts, digital art, interactive zines, and mixed media installations that speak of their gendered lives and socio-political contexts, complicated by questions of caste, class, ethnicity, region and religion.
